Recovery from assault, abuse, accidents, war and other trauma requires a focus on mind, body and spirit balance. It also requires expert guidance and support. Our Trauma experts use experiential techniques, Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Sensorimotor therapy to help individuals recover from trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Distress Disorder (PTSD), and Dissociative Disorders that arise from trauma. RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING & MEDIATION
Improve your communication, intimacy and conflict resolution skills as you create a deeper understanding of yourself and your partner. Couples will learn to create informed commitment decisions from the dating stage through later relationship stages in order to navigate challenges with greater ease and connection.
Couple and family counseling provides problem solving support for childrearing as well as during transitions such as separation and divorce with neutral guidance and negotiation assistance.
